Privacy Policy

TheNecronomi.Com (thenecronomi.com) is the archive of a podcast hosted by James Sabata and Donald Guillory ("we," "us"). This page explains what information this website collects and how it is handled.

What We Collect

Nothing directly. This site has no accounts, comments, sign-up forms, or contact form. The search box and the guest, subgenre, and topic filters on the home page run entirely in your browser; what you type into them is never sent to us.

Cookies, Storage, and Analytics

We do not set cookies, and we do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking tools on this site. The site remembers your light or dark theme choice in your browser's local storage. That setting stays on your device and is never sent to us. The fonts and images on this site are served from our own server, so your browser does not contact Google or any other font or image service. If any of this changes, we will update this page.

Who Else Is Involved

Podcast audio. Episode audio is streamed from Libsyn, our podcast host. The audio does not load until you press play. When it does, your browser connects to Libsyn, which receives standard technical information such as your IP address and may set its own cookies. Libsyn's handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy.

Listening links. The "Listen On" links take you to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, and other services. Once you leave this site, their privacy policies apply.

Hosting. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (for example, IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability.

Links to Other Sites

This site links to the hosts' other websites and to other sites mentioned in episodes. We don't control those sites, and their privacy policies apply once you leave this one.

Children

This site is a horror-movie podcast archive intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
